Can I cancel my Pro plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do free conversions roll over?
No. Free conversions reset every 24 hours on a rolling basis (not a fixed midnight reset).
What banks are supported?
Any bank statement exported as a PDF. Our engine uses structural table detection, so it works with most standard formats regardless of bank.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported via the payment form.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your uploaded PDFs and converted CSVs are stored privately and are only accessible to your account.
What is the pay-per-upload pricing based on?
Pricing is based on the number of pages in your PDF. $2 for up to 25 pages, then $1 for each additional 25 pages (or part thereof). For example, a 40-page statement is $3, and a 75-page statement is $4.
